The price, out in the open
Founding price for the first 3 clients.
I publish my prices so you can decide before we talk. The founding $9,500 price for Diagnose & Fix 90 is for the first 3 clients or until November 15, 2026, whichever comes first. In return, I ask for honest feedback, a results review, and permission to share real results if you're happy.
Start within 7 days of your Strategy Call and the $497 counts toward it (founding, paid in full: $9,003). Paying over time costs a little more.

What changed when the message came first.
The law firm Stutes & Lavergne needed a 30-second video, with personal injury attorney Jeanette DeWitt-Kyle on camera. Thirty seconds leaves no room for an office tour, a list of every case type or a history of the firm.
I shaped the message before the camera rolled, then coached Jeanette through the shoot. The video names the problem in its first line, “Insurance companies bully people for profit,” makes one invitation, gives one reason, and ends on the firm’s contact card.

How much of my time does it take?
About 1 hour a week, plus approvals.
What if I already have a marketing person or agency?
Good. I coach your marketing person, and my team works alongside the people you already have.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Everything we build is handed over to you on day 90.
What does the team build, and what's out of scope?
Your 1 to 3 named fixes, for example one landing page or funnel, one follow-up sequence, your main page's messaging and a 30-day social plan. Anything beyond that is quoted separately.
What happens after 90 days?
We review what changed, hand everything over and talk through your next step.
Is this virtual or in person?
Virtual, with an optional Diagnosis Session in person in Lake Charles.
What does it cost to pay over time?
Founding: 3 payments of $3,300 instead of $9,500 in full. Standard: 3 payments of $5,200 instead of $15,000.
