This page explains, in plain words, what information Jordan Sellers Growth Co. LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use jsellers.co and its pages, forms and emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version: we collect what you give us so we can send what you asked for, reply to you and do the work. We don't sell your information. We only send marketing tips if you ask for them, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

1. What we collect

Contact details you enter in a form: such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and website.
Your answers on applications, intake forms and surveys, and anything you choose to tell us in a message.
Booking details when you schedule a call.
Your email choices, for example whether you asked for the free guide only or also for tips.
Basic technical data that any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the link that brought you here (for example a source_content_id or utm code).

Please don't send us passwords or private records about your own customers. We don't need them.

2. How we use it

To send the guide, resources or emails you requested.
To reply to you, review your application and schedule calls.
To deliver work you've hired us for.
To understand which pages and content are helpful, so we can improve them.
To keep our pages secure and meet legal obligations.

3. Email and unsubscribing

If you request the free guide, we email it to you. We only add you to marketing emails (tips, updates, invitations) if you tick the box for them or ask. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email [email protected] to be removed. We'll still send messages needed for something you're actively doing with us, such as a booking confirmation.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our business, and they process information on our behalf:

HighLevel hosts our website and forms and acts as our CRM and email platform. Information you submit is stored and processed in HighLevel.
Video meeting and recording tools for calls and recorded reviews.
Payment processors if you buy something. Card details go directly to the processor, not to us.
Video hosting (such as Vimeo) when you choose to play a film on our pages.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing.

5. Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies. Our website platform may set cookies needed to run the site and connect form submissions to the right contact, and embedded services (like a video player or scheduling tool) may set their own when you use them. Some guide tools save your checklist progress in your own browser only. You can clear cookies and stored data in your browser settings at any time.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while you're on our list or working with us, and as required for our records. When it's no longer needed, we delete it.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access limits and strong account security, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but if something goes wrong that affects your information, we'll let you know as the law requires.

9. Children

Our pages are meant for business owners and their teams. They're not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll post a notice on the site or email people on our list.
