Case study · Christian preschool

A preschool parents can see themselves choosing.

Parents choosing a preschool are making one of their first big decisions for their child. Glad Tidings needed a brand, a message and a path that spoke to exactly those parents.

Diagnosis

Who is the ideal family, and what do they need to hear before they book a tour?

The parents Glad Tidings serves want two things at once: real academic progress and a warm, Christian place where their child feels loved. The brand and message needed to show both, clearly, to that parent.

02

Strategy

A new vision, one clear promise, and a simple way to take the next step.

Jordan led a strategic rebrand around a new vision: “Unlock your child's brightest future.” The message names what parents want (a fun learning environment, Christian values, an advantage entering kindergarten, a child who feels loved) and introduces “The Glad Tidings Difference.”

The path to enroll became three simple steps: book a tour, meet the team, join the family. Follow-up keeps interested parents moving.

The transformation

Not a product. A different business.

Where Glad Tidings started, and where the work took it.

  • Not getting enough enrollment leads
  • Branding that didn't match the quality of the school
  • Blending in with every other preschool
  • No clear vision
After

A school parents can see themselves choosing.

  • A clear vision and growth direction
  • Branding that finally matches the school's quality
  • Families seeing real stories
  • Steady leads from the right families
  • Follow-up that books tours
  • Confidence
  • Better positioning

What changed

A school that speaks to the parent it serves.

Glad Tidings now has a clear vision, a message written for the parents it serves, real testimonial videos, and a simple path from first visit to tour, with follow-up that keeps families moving toward enrollment.
