Case study · Premium remodeling

Premium remodeling, done by people you know by name.

This one started as consulting, not a website. The work was deciding who Patriot Development should serve and what makes them different. The rebrand, copy and site came after.

Diagnosis

Who should a remodeler like this serve, and why would they choose Patriot over everyone else?

Patriot Development is a family-owned, veteran-operated remodeler in Southwest Louisiana. Before any design work, the question was positioning: which customer, at what level, and what truly sets the company apart.

02

Strategy

Niche to premium. Lead with the team.

Through consulting, Jordan helped Patriot niche to premium remodeling.

The unique selling point: only Patriot's own W-2 core team does the work. Everyone knows each other by name. They even spend Christmas together. For a homeowner letting a crew into their house, that's the difference that matters.

What we built

Strategic consulting

Positioning the company for premium remodeling work.

Unique selling point

Only the W-2 core team does the work, a team that knows each other by name.

Rebrand (past deliverable)

Brand direction built on the premium position, after the strategy was set.

Copy and website (past deliverables)

Messaging and a website built downstream of the strategy at the time.

The transformation

Not a product. A different business.

Where Patriot Development started, and where the work took it.

Before

Working hard, competing on price.

  • Low margins
  • Competing on price
  • Frustrated
  • Not growing
  • Unsure of the future
After

Premium, and proud of it.

  • Premium positioning
  • Margins nearly doubled
  • A team people trust by name
  • A better product
  • Confidence
04

What changed

Better margins, a better product, a better team.

After niching to premium, Patriot's margins nearly doubled. The product got better and so did the staff. The rebrand, copy and website Jordan delivered followed from that strategy, not the other way around.
